2022 Viognier Dessert Wine

Made with 100% Viognier grapes and picked at the optimal ripeness. Instead of waiting for the winter temperatures to freeze the grapes we took measure into our own hands. We froze the grapes before we pressed them. This process allows the natural sugars to concentrate. Once fermented, the rich sweet wine makes for the perfect complement to a meal as an aperitif, a fun addition to any fruit forward cocktail or an extra to brunch poured over french toast.

Aromas and flavours of peach, pear, honey and floral notes are paired with fresh bright stone fruit flavors on the finish.
