Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order after your order has shipped. If you do not receive your order after that time, please contact us via email at wineclub@frindwinery.com.
We ship with ATS Healthcare. All orders that are out for delivery will be emailed a confirmation with a tracking number to the member.
Deliveries require an adult signature and a valid Canadian address that is not a PO box. We strongly recommend providing an address that can receive deliveries on weekdays, such as a workplace or someone who can accept the delivery on your behalf.
Frind Estate Winery is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
