2021 The Premier

The Premier is our pinnacle blend with big flavours, bold structure and an elegant, long finish. Small lot fermentations provides various components to build this complex, full mid- palate blend.

On the palate, this wine is layered with flavours of black cherry, plum, oak, pomegranate and a touch of vanilla. The tannins are ripe and strong in this new 2021 vintage with the addition of Petit Verdot.
Aged for 12 months in French and American Oak. 60% Merlot, 15% Syrah, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot, 4% Malbec, 2%Cabernet Franc, 1% Teroldego.
