2021 Big Red

New Vintage

The soft ripe tannins, and bright fruit aromas make the 2021 Big Red a delicious smooth wine to pair with any occasion. Medium bodied and Merlot dominant, this vibrant, rich blend bursts with flavours and aromas.  

Wild violet, black cherry and plum on the nose compliment the palate with blackberry and black  pepper. The 2021 vintage has strong ripe tannins which  makes it bolder than previous vintages. 

Oaked for 12 months in French and American barrels. 62% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Franc, 4% Cabernet  Sauvignon, 3% Syrah, 2% Grenache. Pair with BBQ steak with roasted vegetables.
